Family Ranch Dogs
Once we brought our first sheep home in early 2024, we also saw our first coyotes on our property. So ... meet Hendrix (left) a G4 CMD from Mountain Breeze Kennel and Hazey (right) a PB CMD from Mini Acres Ranch & Kennel.
This pair is showing their LGD chops protecting our flock, and also learning how to be full-fledged ranch hands. They're hard working, loyal, protective, and everything the CMD breed was envisioned to be. Oh, and they're part of our family, as you can see by how they're lounging in the den on one of our -10 degree days in January.
